Chocolate also contains proanthocyanidins and has diverse health benefits. Raw, sugarless cacao powders are available on the market. These can be mixed with chai, which usually contains cinnamon (and other phytochemical-bearing herbs), or concentrated foods such as solid extracts of berries.
